Solid Rock Solutions works with highly motivated clients that want to make lasting changes in their lives. Clients will explore how their early attachments are impacting their present day to day lives. Clients will discover and heal developmental traumas that are fueling core beliefs, keeping them stuck. We use psychodynamic, attachment and developmental models along with Brainspotting and Parts Work to help clients become their best selves and begin exploring the endless possibilities that life has to offer.
Solid Rock Solutions specializes in working with trauma of all levels:

Professional Growth for Therapists
Erin believes it essential for psychotherapists to do their own work and to explore how their past and possibly unknown traumas may be effecting their behaviors and relationships in the therapy room. Erin reserves space in her practice for fellow psychotherapists to have a trusting and healing space to explore.

I cannot say enough good things about Erin and Solid Rock Solutions. I spend my winters in Florida and wanted to keep doing therapy and LUCKILY I found Erin. She absolutely helped me change my life with BRAIN SPOTTING. I have done several EMDR's back in Michigan, but BRAIN SPOTTING gave me a life I always wished for. I have battled issues my entire life on several things, but BRAIN SPOTTING has finally given me the life I never knew I could have. If you are struggling with you past, please give yourself a chance and call Erin and start BRAIN SPOTTING as soon as you can!!! Thank you Erin for changing my life!
